Are the frames included when i buy a print?

No, we only sell the art prints.

How are the artworks shipped?

Different packaging depending on the size of the poster as well as the country where the item is produced and shipped to. Our standard packaging for posters is:

-Flat for posters up to A4
-Tube for posters above A4

Some exceptions are:

Mailing tubes in the following countries: DK, DE, NO, CH, FR, UK, AU, SG, NL, BE, AT Triangular/rectangular tubes in the US, Canada and Brazil

How can i track my order?

Once your order departs from our warehouse, an email containing a tracking link will be sent to you. Please be sure to check your Junk folder as well, as emails can occasionally end up there unintentionally.

Can i cancel my order?

If you want to cancel your order before it is dispatched from our warehouse, kindly reach out to us promptly at info@rainday.art. It’s important to note that we cannot guarantee the cancellation of your order, as our packing and shipping team takes pride in swiftly sending products to our customers.

How do I return my order?

To initiate your return, please register it by sending an email to info@rainday.art. Once registered, you will receive an email with detailed instructions and the return address. Please note that you are responsible for covering the postage and shipping costs associated with the return. Ensure that your return package is well-protected for safe transit.

I did not Recieve an order confirmation

If you have not received an order confirmation after submitting your order, it’s possible that your email address was entered incorrectly. Please reach out to us at info@rainday.art to verify if we have received an order in your name. We will gladly update the email address on file and resend the order confirmation. In some cases, the order may not have been processed successfully, so please contact us before placing a new order to avoid any duplicate orders.

What is your policy?

In the Netherlands, all customers have a 14-day period, starting from the day of purchase, to reconsider their purchases in accordance with Dutch law. If you decide to cancel your order, we will refund the amount within 14 days of your cancellation. To initiate a return, the product must reach us within 14 days from your cancellation date, and it should be in the same condition as when you received it. All return-related costs will be your responsibility. For return shipping instructions, please contact us at info@rainday.art.

Please note that we do not accept returns for opened art prints due to the risk of damage, such as scratches and fingerprints. Art prints can only be returned if the protective tube remains unopened.

It’s important to understand that our diverse and custom-made product offering means we don’t pre-print or hold inventory. Each piece is printed on-demand and made to order. While we want to offer returns to our customers, this policy does not apply to items purchased on SALE or using a coupon code that provides a discount of over 14%. Additionally, returns are not accepted for artworks that are SOLD OUT on our website, and custom orders are non-returnable.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a specific timeframe. Please note that we do not accept returns based on design changes.

Other

Can i order a custom size?

We do not offer custom dimensions or designs for our artworks. Our art is exclusively available in the dimensions displayed on our website.

What to do if my order is lost in Transit?

In the event of a package being lost in transit, all claims must be submitted within 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Rest assured, we will cover the costs of shipping a replacement order to you. 

Before proceeding with a replacement, we may request your assistance, such as confirming the accuracy of the shipping address. Additionally, it’s a good practice to check with your local post office to aid in locating the lost order. Please be aware that if tracking information indicates an order was delivered, but you claim not to have received it, we cannot take responsibility for reshipping that order. In such cases, any replacements would be at your own expense.

Mind your local taxes

Kindly note that local charges, including sales tax and customs duty, may apply depending on your region and local customs regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, particularly for orders outside the EU.

EU Consumer Rights:  As per Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be applicable to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized. Therefore, Rainday reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
