Worldwide shipping
All orders from Rainday Art Studio are carefully shipped using reliable carriers like UPS, DPD, or FedEx. This allows us to deliver high-quality artworks to customers all around the world, while our art studio remains based in the netherlands.

Shipping timeframe
Europe: 2-5 Business Days Shipping
United States: 5-7 Business Days Shipping
Rest of the World: 5-10 Business Days

Shipping
(Note: We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If you have placed an order to a P.O. BOX and are unable to receive it, please contact us at info@rainday.art We can redirect the package to a family member or friend. Once we have the new delivery details, we will update the shipping carrier accordingly.)

Shipping method
Different packaging depending on the size of the poster as well as the country where the item is produced and shipped to. Our standard packaging for posters is:

-Flat for posters up to A4
-Tube for posters above A4

Some exceptions are:

Mailing tubes in the following countries: DK, DE, NO, CH, FR, UK, AU, SG, NL, BE, AT Triangular/rectangular tubes in the US, Canada and Brazil

Tracking your order
Upon payment confirmation, you will receive an email acknowledging that your order is ready for shipping. Subsequently, a follow-up email with a tracking link will be sent once your order leaves our warehouse. Please double-check your Junk folder if you can’t find the email as it may sometimes land there accidentally. If you encounter any issues with tracking or haven’t received any tracking updates, kindly email us at info@rainday.art with your name or the email used for the order, and we will gladly assist you in tracking your package.

Delivery Timeline
The order fulfillment process typically takes 1-4 business days, depending on the volume of orders we receive. The shipping time itself varies between 4-10 business days, depending on the destination. Please bear in mind that all our orders are printed on demand, not from pre-printed stock, so a few additional days are required to prepare your order to ensure its quality.

Unsuccessful delivery attempt
If you encounter any issues with the delivery of your order, please reach out to us with your tracking number at info@rainday.art, and we will promptly assist you.

Returning your order
To initiate a return, please register your request via info@rainday.art. After registration, you will receive an email containing instructions and the return address. Kindly note that you are responsible for covering postage and shipping/custom costs, and the return package must be securely packaged.

Our return policy
In accordance with the law in the netherlands, customers have 14 days to initiate a return from the day they receive the product. We will process the refund within 14 days after receiving your cancellation request. The returned product must be in the same condition as when you received it. All costs associated with the return (shipping and customs) will be at your expense. For shipping details for returns, please contact us at info@rainday.art

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email to notify you of its status (approval or rejection). If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a specified timeframe. 

Cancellation of your order
Yes, you can cancel your order as long as we haven’t started the fulfillment process, which usually takes 1-4 days.

Package not collected
In case a package is returned to us due to the customer failing to pick it up, a €35 euro fee will be charged. This fee covers shipping to and from you, as well as handling and restocking of products.

Lost package in transit
For packages lost during transit, please submit your claim within 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Rest assured, we will cover the costs of shipping a replacement order for you.

Before proceeding with the replacement, we may request your assistance in verifying the accuracy of the shipping address. Additionally, please check with your local post office to inquire about the missing order.

Please note that if the tracking information indicates that the order was delivered, but you claim not to have received it, we cannot assume responsibility for reshipping. In such cases, any replacements would have to be arranged at your own expense.

Local taxes
Orders within the EU are free of Customs or local taxes. However, please be aware that local charges such as sales tax or customs duties may apply depending on your region. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and apply only to orders outside the EU.
